What is challengR?
challengR is an AI-powered video challenge platform. You upload a rendition of a challenge, our AI scores it, and you climb leaderboards and earn recognition. Brands and creators can host challenges for their communities.
Is challengR live with real money?
No. challengR is currently in Beta. challengR Coins, prize pools, tips, and creator payouts do not involve real money and carry no cash value during Beta — no real-money purchases are charged and no funds are disbursed. We will clearly update our Terms of Service before enabling any real-money features.
What are challengR Coins?
Coins are a virtual, in-platform credit used for features like tipping and prize pools. They have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged outside the platform.
How does AI scoring work?
Renditions are evaluated by automated AI models using a category-aware rubric to produce a score used for ranking. Scoring is an algorithmic estimate and may be combined with human review for moderation and prize decisions. Our determinations regarding rankings and winners are final.
Why do I get a "Bad Request" error when publishing to YouTube or TikTok?
This almost always means your channel connection has expired or was disconnected, so challengR can no longer post on your behalf — it's not a problem with your video. Go to your profile, find the channel under "Connect your channels," click Reconnect (or Disconnect and then Connect again) and sign in, then try Publish again. If it still fails, email Team@challengr.net.
Who can use challengR?
You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use challengR. The platform is not directed to children.
How are prizes awarded?
Challenges may advertise a prize pool funded in coins. After a challenge closes, the pool is distributed to winners based on AI rankings and a configurable split. During Beta, prize values are virtual and carry no cash value.
How is my content and data handled?
You keep ownership of what you upload and grant challengR a license to host and display it to operate the platform. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how AI processes your submissions, and our Community Guidelines for what's allowed.
