Community Guidelines

challengR works best when it stays creative, fair, and safe. These guidelines cover the do's and don'ts for hosting challenges and submitting renditions. Follow them and you'll be great — break them and you may be warned, limited, suspended, or removed.

Challenges

Creating and hosting challenges that are clear, fair, and safe for everyone to join.

Do

Write a clear title, description, and rules so creators know exactly what to do.
Set a realistic deadline and an entry fee that matches the prize on offer.
Keep prompts original, or credit the trend or sound you are building on.
Fund prize pools you advertise and pay out fairly based on the ranking rules.
Pick a category and difficulty that honestly reflect the challenge.

Don't

Don't post misleading prizes, fake pools, or rules you don't intend to honor.
Don't create challenges that encourage dangerous, illegal, or harmful acts.
Don't use hateful, sexual, or harassing themes, or target a person or group.
Don't spam duplicate or low-effort challenges to farm entry fees or attention.
Don't infringe copyrights or trademarks you do not have the rights to use.

Renditions

Submitting your video entries to a challenge and competing on the leaderboard.

Do

Upload your own original performance that genuinely responds to the prompt.
Keep it within the challenge's format, length, and rule requirements.
Use audio and footage you have the rights to, and credit collaborators.
Add an honest caption that describes what viewers are watching.
Compete fairly and let the AI score and community engagement speak for themselves.

Don't

Don't upload content you didn't create, re-upload others' videos, or deepfake people.
Don't post nudity, graphic violence, hate speech, harassment, or dangerous stunts.
Don't try to game AI scoring with spam, bots, fake likes, tips, or vote manipulation.
Don't include personal information, ads, scams, or off-platform solicitations.
Don't submit unrelated, misleading, or duplicate entries to flood a challenge.

How we enforce the rules

Depending on how serious or how repeated a violation is, our team may take any of the following actions.

1. WarningModerator, Sub-admin, or Admin
A formal notice on the account and removal of the offending challenge or rendition.
When: First-time, minor, or likely-accidental violations of the rules above.
2. Limited while under reviewModerator, Sub-admin, or Admin
Temporarily restrict the user from posting, joining, or earning while their content is reviewed.
When: A report needs investigation or a violation is suspected but not yet confirmed.
3. Temporary suspensionSub-admin or Admin
Suspend the account for a fixed period (for example 3, 7, or 30 days) with automatic reinstatement.
When: Repeat violations, or a single serious breach that is not severe enough to be permanent.
4. Permanent removalAdmin only
Permanently delete the content, and permanently ban or delete the account. This cannot be undone.
When: Severe violations (illegal content, exploitation, fraud) or continued abuse after suspension.

Think a decision was made in error? You can appeal by contacting support@challengr.net. Suspensions state their length up front, and limited accounts are restored as soon as a review clears. Guidelines may be updated over time — continued use means you accept the current version.
