When you create an account we collect your email address, chosen display name, username, and optional profile details such as your avatar, bio, and country. When you use the platform we collect the content you submit — including challenge entries, video renditions, comments, likes, and tips.

We also record activity needed to operate the coin economy: coin balances, transaction history, tips sent and received, prize awards, and payout requests. Basic technical data (device, browser, and log information) is collected to keep the service secure and reliable.

We use your information to operate your account, score and rank renditions, run leaderboards, process coin purchases and tips, escrow and distribute prize pools, handle creator payouts, send notifications, and protect the platform against fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Videos you submit as renditions are processed by automated artificial-intelligence models to generate a score used for ranking and prize eligibility. Scores are algorithmic estimates and may be combined with human review for moderation and prize distribution.

Your profile, renditions, scores, leaderboard positions, tips received, and prize wins may be displayed publicly to other users. Do not include information in public content that you wish to keep private.

We share data with infrastructure providers that host our database, authentication, and AI processing strictly to deliver the service, and with authorities where required by law. Brand partners can see aggregate and entry-level performance for challenges they sponsor.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal and financial-record obligations. We apply row-level access controls and perform value-changing operations through secured, atomic server routines to protect the integrity of your coin balance and transaction ledger.

You may access, correct, or delete your profile information, and you may request deletion of your account. Because coin, tip, prize, and payout records form part of a financial ledger, some transaction records may be retained in anonymized form after account deletion.

challengR is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children below that age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice.
