Official Contest Rules

Last updated: Draft (Beta)

These Official Rules govern how challenges are entered, judged, and awarded on challengR. They are being finalized with counsel to comply with contest and sweepstakes law in each jurisdiction; the outline below shows what they will cover. During Beta, challenges are for demonstration and involve no real-money entry fees or prizes.

1.Eligibility

Draft — pending legal review. This section is a placeholder outline. Official, jurisdiction-specific contest rules will be published after counsel review before any real-money or prize contest runs.

Who may enter (age 18+, geographic eligibility, and any excluded persons), and how eligibility is verified.

2.How to enter

Entry period, how to submit a rendition, entry limits, and any entry fee. No purchase may be necessary where required by law.

3.Judging & AI scoring

How entries are evaluated, the role of AI-generated scoring and any human review, the criteria used, and how ties are broken. AI scores are produced by software and may contain errors.

4.Prizes

Prize descriptions and approximate values, how and when winners are notified, claim deadlines, and substitution rights. During Beta, prizes carry no cash value.

5.Odds, taxes & publicity

How odds depend on entries and judging, winner tax responsibilities and any required forms, and publicity/likeness consent for winners.

6.Disputes & sponsor

Governing law, dispute-resolution process, the contest sponsor of record, and where to request a winners list.
